Since 1974, when Susan and Chick BeVier opened the School of Swimming, the BeVier Family (which now includes their sons Wes and Blake and their son’s wives Becca and Heather) has been continuously delivering educational recreation programs for children and adults.

Today, the BeVier Family continues to own and operate; The School of Swimming Inc. which provides the highest quality swimming instruction for children starting at 3 ½ yrs. thru adults; Camp Eagle Feather, a day camp program for boys and girls 6 thru 13 yrs.; and Camp Eagle Wing, a resident camp program for boys and girls 10 thru 15 yrs.

The School of Swimming and Camp Eagle Feather are co-located at our 25 acre facility in Rocky Hill, CT.  Camp Eagle Wing is located at our 150 acre facility, which sits on Gardner Lake in Marion TWP, Maine, only a few miles from Machias.

Whether a child is learning to swim at the School of Swimming, attending day camp at Eagle Feather, or resident camp at Eagle Wing,  he/she is participating in a program that is directly supervised by a member of the BeVier Family.
