This is a special class designed for the student who has successfully completed our Standard Program or its equivalent, and would like to further develop and strengthen their strokes.  Class will be held in the evenings to enable us to use the entire pool.

Prequisites………..  Successful completion of Advanced Techniques or proficiency in Crawl, Backstroke,  Breastroke, Sidestroke and  Butterfly.
